Product Features:

1. Nozzle heating system, ink internal circulation system: The nozzle has a built-in heating function to ensure the smoothness of ink in different temperature environments. The ink internal circulation function can prevent ink from settling in the nozzle and reduce the nozzle clogging rate.

2. Fully transparent secondary ink cartridge design, independent color separation ink pressing:

3. Single electric lifting pressure wheel system, Japanese THK silent guide rail/slider:

(2) The THK guide rail can make the nozzle run more smoothly, with higher printing accuracy and quieter sound, reducing wear and increasing the life of the guide rail

4. Nozzle moisturizing system: After each print is completed, the moisturizing system will automatically rise to seal the nozzle to prevent the nozzle hole from drying and clogging.

5. Widened printing platform: The widening of the platform can increase the heating time of the platform for the material, and it is conducive to the space upgrade when the number of nozzles is increased later.

6. The printing platform suction is adjustable and the roller speed is adjustable:

High-power heating and drying system: The use of segmented heating improves the ink absorption of the material and improves the ink fastness; the unique built-in heat circulation fan and air cooling guide system allow the material to cool down quickly after high-temperature drying, ensuring a more delicate and glossy picture.

8. Dryer temperature and air volume manual/automatic dual control system: After the temperature and air volume are set independently, the system will automatically keep running according to the set value, and can also switch to automatic control mode to automatically adjust according to the speed of the material feeding.

9. Printing platform segmented heating system, ink shortage alarm sound and light alarm, emergency stop device: The printing platform is divided into two sections for heating, which is more energy-saving and power-saving when printing short materials

10. Upgraded feed roller and printing platform receiving roller:

(1) The feed roller has added a servo motor and an auxiliary pressure rod to effectively increase the contact area and pressure between the material and the roller, and better ensure the accuracy of feeding during high-speed printing

(2) The printing platform receiving roller has added a servo motor to increase the feeding force of the pressure wheel, reduce the slippage of the pressure wheel, and the wrinkling of the material
